Lohas Residences collects your information to operate effectively and provide you with the best experiences with our services.   • Security Systems: When you visit our resort, information may be collected about you through such properties’ closed circuit television systems, electronic key cards and other security systems.

  • Age Limitations: Lohas Residences does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from our websites from any person under the age of 18. Lohas Residences may collect personally identifiable information from people under the age of 18 as part of the guest registration process, but always with the consent of such person’s parent or guardian.

2. HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

Lohas Residences collects your information to operate effectively and provide you with the best experiences with our services. Lohas Residences may collect, use, and disclose the information it collects for a variety of reasons, including for the following purposes:

  • Fulfillment of Reservation and Other Purchases: We may process information relating to transactions that you enter into with us and/or through our website ("transaction data"). The transaction data may be processed for the purpose of completing your room reservation, supplying the purchased goods and services, customizing our services to your preferences, seeking your feedback on your stay at our properties, and keeping proper records of those transactions.
  • Membership Programs: To administer and operate voluntary membership programs, including the Lohas Family Rewards. The data may be processed for the purposes of recording stay and transactional data, earning and redeeming rewards, points, or credits in connection with the programs.
  • Response to Inquiries: We may process information contained in or relating to any communication that you send to us ("correspondence data"). The correspondence data may include the communication content and metadata associated with the communication. The correspondence data may be processed for the purposes of communicating with you and record-keeping.
  • Internal Business Purposes: For our internal business purposes, such as data analysis, audits, developing new products, enhancing the website, improving our services, identifying usage trends and visiting patterns, determining the effectiveness of our promotions, and meeting contractual obligations.

3. DOES LOHAS RESIDENCES SHARE THE INFORMATION IT RECEIVES?

As an international hotel the specific kind of information we share will depend on the context of your interactions with Lohas Residences, and the services you use. Accordingly, your personal information may be shared with the following parties insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes, and on the legal bases, set out in this policy:

  • to the representative or travel advisor that has supplied us with your personal information (for example, your travel agent, personal assistant, employer or spouse who has provided us with your details);
  • to third parties not affiliated with Lohas Residences when we have your consent to do so;
  • to our trusted business partners to process it for us, based on our instructions and in compliance with our Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures;
  • to our marketing and advertisement partners to provide you with more-relevant ads on our site and to encourage you to return to our site;
  • to third parties not affiliated with Lohas Residences if we have a good-faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (1) meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request; (2) enforce applicable terms of service, including investigation of potential violations; (3) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; and (4) protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of Lohas Residences, our users or the public as required or permitted by law; and
  • to any third parties to the extent necessary with respect to a sale of all or part of our business operations or assets.

4. HOW SECURE IS YOUR INFORMATION?

We implement reasonable administrative, organizational and technical safeguards and security measures to protect personal information within our control from unauthorized access, acquisition, disclosure, destruction or alteration, accidental loss, misuse or damage. We regularly review and monitor such safeguards and security measures.

5. HOW LONG WILL LOHAS RESIDENCES KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

To the extent permissible by applicable law, we will retain your personal information for such period as necessary to satisfy or to fulfill the following:

  • the purposes for which that personal information was provided,
  • an identifiable and ongoing business need, including record keeping.
  • a specific legal or regulatory requirement, and/or
  • a requirement to retain records that may be relevant to any notified regulatory investigations or active legal proceedings.

Where there is no sufficient justification to retain such personal information, such personal information will be safely and securely deleted, disposed of, anonymised and/or blocked.

We will be happy to answer any concerns or queries you may have relating to the use or storage of your personal data. 7. WHAT ABOUT LINKED WEBSITES?

The linking of third party websites to this website does not indicate any association with or endorsement by Lohas Residences. Lohas Residences does not assume responsibility or liability of any nature whatsoever for the activities conducted or information contained in the third party websites.

8. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

This privacy policy will be subject to change from time to time. The effective date of this current privacy policy is set out at the end of this document. Your use of this website constitutes your acceptance of the current terms as set out in this privacy policy.

Is car parking available at the property?

Yes, indoor car park but limited.

Do you have a tour desk where I can book excursions during my stay?

Sightseeing tours are available via the Front Desk. Private driver-guide tours can also be arranged at our limousine counter.

Do you have special facilities and services available for the disabled traveler?

Yes, we have specially equipped apartments for disabled travelers, available on request at no additional charge, and subject to availability. A foldable wheelchair is also available on request.

Can baggage be stored whilst I travel to another location in Thailand?

Certainly. Please contact the Concierge to arrange this.

How close is the MRT Subway or BTS Skytrain?

We are 5 minutes away from BTS Ploenchit station. MRT Sukhumvit is a 10 minute taxi ride away or 2 stops from Phloen Chit BTS station.

Are there any local tourist attractions near the residences? And, if so, where are they?

Please contact the Front Desk staff or Concierge for more information on tourist attractions.

Dining

How many restaurants do you have and what are they?

2 Restaurants.
Pillars Restaurant and Bar serves Breakfast and Lunch and operates daily from 06:30 am - 15:00 pm.
Zen Den Coffee House (Hotel Lobby) serves high quality coffee and artisinal bakery items daily from 7:00 am - 16:30 pm.

Apartments and Rates

How many stars is the property?

We are a 4-Star property.

What accommodation types are available and how do they vary?

Our different apartment categories comprise 92 Studio Deluxe, 18 Studio with Balcony, 19 One-Bedroom Lohas Suite, 7 One-Bedroom with Balcony, and 8 Two-Bedroom with Balcony. All are equipped with the modern amenities you would expect from a high class serviced apartment including spacious living and dining areas, work areas and fully equipped kitchens.

Are the rates charged per apartment or per person?

Rates are charged per apartment and vary according to single/double and triple occupancy. Very attractive long-stay rates are available.

Does my reservation require a guarantee?

All reservations require a credit card guarantee.

Do I have to send my credit card over the Internet to book a reservation? Is your reservation processing secure?

Credit card is required for all reservations made via superhotelthailand.com. For your protection, the reservation processing is handled on a secured server that encrypts your credit card information.

Will my credit card be charged prior to my arrival at the hotel?

We usually block an amount on the credit card, equivalent to 1 night’s room charge to guarantee payment but this block will be automatically released in two weeks if not redeemed. Furthermore, we do not charge without proper authorisation from the guest. However, select packages may require full-prepayment at the time of booking but this will be made known at the time of making the reservation.

Guests can choose to settle the bill in cash or credit card at the time of check-out.

How do I cancel my hotel reservation without a charge?

To cancel your booking without incurring charges, contact the Reservations Department at least 72 hours prior to your arrival. You will be given a cancellation reference number. Please note that you must be booked on a ’Flexible’ rate type as ’Advance Pre-Paid’ rates are non-refundable.

How many people can stay in one apartment?

Each apartment can accommodate a maximum of three people. The third bed is normally a rollaway type and charged at the prevailing cost. Children under 11 years old sharing a room with parents using existing bedding free of charge and breakfast is THB 175 per person per day charge for children between the ages of 5 and 11 years. Free breakfast for children from 0-4 years old.

Are pets allowed?

We regret that animals of any kind are not permitted.

Does the internet rate include breakfast?

What are your check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time is 2:00 pm Check-out time is 12:00 noon.

Is it possible to check-in early?

Early check-in is subject to room availability.

How much do you charge for a late check-out?

It is possible to have a late check-out and charges apply.

Do you offer rate for short stays/day use?

Currently this option is not available.

Do you have twin, triple and quadruple apartments?

We have 10 twin apartments. Triple and quads are not available.

Are baby cots available for the apartments?

Baby cots are available on request.

What television channels are available in the apartments?

These are as follows although they are subject to change: HBO, BBC, CNN, Bloomberg, ABC Asia Pacific, CCTV 4, TV5, DW, RAI, NHK, TVE, Discovery, Star Movies, MTV, ESPN, Star Sports, Arabian Channel, AL Jazeera News Channel, 5 Thai public channels

Do you have non-smoking apartments?

Non-smoking apartments are available upon request.

Are safety deposit boxes available?

All apartments have a safe deposit box provided free of charge.

Is e-mail available?

The building is fully covered for wireless broadband internet access, available in every apartment and in all public areas.
